We offer our cap table advisory on a fixed price basis. Say good-bye to surprise costs on open ended hourly engagements.

Cap Table Creation (Ground Floor)

This is the starting point for new Founders who are getting ready to start fundraising. We will work with you to map out current and future shares issued to you, your Co-Founders and Advisors.

We will then also review any executed SAFE/Convertible Notes to build out a Convertible ledger, required by investors.

Dilution Forecasting (Fundraise & Planning)

Want to see how your next round will affect your ownership %? Dilution Forecasting is for you.

Our specialty service will take a term sheet that’s in front of you, or a hypothetical round that you’re considering raising, and forecast out dilution along with holdings by converting investors and net new investors. Our forecasts also provide inputs for additional fundraising rounds for long-term visibility of your equity.

Founders don’t usually see the final dilution figures until they get to the end of legal due diligence in a round. Before you spend a ton on legal and accounting fees, be sure of your equity outcome.
